The MLS system will email you the script, then it is $5 a month to use it on your website. They have to set it up because they need your brokers access codes to log in and then somehow or another they bypass that icky key thing.
Pulling anything from other people websites is illegal.

By far the best advertisement in real estate is a sign in the yard.
Unless a homeowners association forbids it this will be the best free ad you can use. Of course you have to buy the sign and possibly some flyers, but you aren’t paying to advertise.
Getting your listing into the MLS with the standard commission going to the selling agent will be about the best advertising you can get. Be sure all of the information is present. Many people will show less interest in a listing if it doesnt have pictures or any extra info in the comments section. This is not free of course, unless you are just making sure that something you already paid for is getting used to its potential.
If you are looking for additional free methods that are creative, then you just have to be creative. Consider who might buy and where you can advertise to them. For example if the house is within I don’t know, say 8 miles of a church, then ask them if you can put a flyer on the bulliten board. Same goes for grocery stores and other community hang-outs.
These aren’t really free either if you consider the time it will take, but hey if you have time and no money they might work.

What’s the best website to use to search for Vancouver real estate listings with a Google map based search function? I get tons of spam for horrible Vancouver real estate sites that have impossible search listings functions. I never sign up to local Vancouver real estate sites because I don’t want to get harassed by Realtors. Has anyone ever found a really good solid Vancouver real estate search engine site besides the MLS.ca that you don’t have to sign up for? Can anyone tell me an easy way to search for Vancouver property listings? I don’t want to spend any money, and I know there are a lot of junk sites out there! So please help me with any cool search sites for Vancouver real estate property listings. Thank you in advance.

I’ve been looking for a good mls listing site for the past couple months. Ran into this one which is pretty good but not the prettiest: http://www.keysopendoors.ca Give it a shot, it’s pretty cool, had that mls map based search your talkin bout. You can save searches too which is nice. Good luck and happy hunting! Ps. Click the map based search icon on the left to bring up the google map function got little homes poppin up everywhere lol!
